  Worst run Chase ever! First of all it's located in a prime busy location. I go in there this morning they have one teller servicing 20 people on the line. No one bothers to step in to help. I would expect this from some small time bank but not chase. Very disappointing experience especially from a Chase private client. Plan to stay at least 40 minutes just to see a teller here. Especially in the busy morning.

  I just don't understand how they have like 2 people working knowing fully well how busy this location gets. There would always be a huge line. Takes over an hour to talk to someone
