  If I could give them zero stars I world. They are rude and make absolutely no efforts to work with you. They suck!!! They really are thieves! I hate giving bad reviews but this company is the worst I have ever worked with!

  The morbidly obese Hispanic woman at the counter purposely provides the absolute slowest and rudest customer service while talking on her cell phone. I kept track: it took her 42 minutes to take care of three, whole customers! Note to owners: get rid of her and get someone who knows how customer service is done. Helpful hint: cell phones should be prohibited at your counter. Fools. For the record, I wasn't there for my car, but that of a friends, so this review is not being left out of retaliation but of honesty. This place is poorly run with an even poorer front-end staff.
