  I have had a great experience here as a first time pool owner trying to get my feet under me. They don't try to upsell me or suggest things I don't need. They're a bit more detailed about the water testing than Ordini down the street which makes me feel more comfortable and they have been great about explaining things to a newbie like me. Some of the other reviews mention rudeness but I have not experienced that at all. The atmosphere can be a bit hectic at times and there are some big personalities around but I have found them very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
