  I went into this store earlier today to change my phone.
  Walked into a blasting high volume music...like a night club...not a cell phone store.
  The agent was extremely rude & when I asked him to call the manger, so the lady that showed up was as rude as a drunk monkey!
  Sprint should consider closing this store or at the minimum change the team of workers that operates it!!
  
  Tomorrow I am heading to the T-Mobile location & leaving sprint behind!!!!
